26/2 - 90 Minutes

Bikram Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga conducted in room heated to approximately 105 degrees and kept at roughly 40% humidity. The 90 minute class is designed to work every muscle, tendon, ligament and joint in the body throughout the 26 postures. All levels are welcome. Beginners to seasoned practitioners alike. 

Inferno Hot Pilates Express - 45 Minutes

Inferno Hot Pilates Express is designed to tap into your inner power and feel the extra motivation with this full body workout. You will get everything you need in this 45 minute class to have a spectacular rest of your day. Inferno Hot Pilates Express is a challenging but yet low impact complete full body workout while you are listening to your favorite beats. For the next 45 minutes you will be able to focus on your one self, with your one mat while watching all your "stuff" seemingly disappear!  Bring your shower towel and work outfits to get ready for work after! 

26/2 Express - 60 Minutes

This sixty minute class is for students experienced with the 26/2 series of postures.  We like to think of this as a "teachers' practice."  Enjoy music, focus on your breathing, and follow the teacher through the 26/2 series without verbal instruction. 


Ensure you've taken five ninety-minute classes of the 26/2 series before joining this group practice.

Inferno Hot Pilates - 60 Minutes 

Inferno Hot Pilates Is A challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout, using Pilates principles for the whole body. The room is heated to 95 degrees (F) with 40% humidity. Inferno Hot Pilates creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat. And the results are super fast. This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury. The exercises are high intensity to strengthen lean muscles, yet low-impact to keep joints healthy. It is designed for all fitness levels. The class is performed with fast paced music making it fun and exciting. The class is super motivating, with students seeing results almost immediately. 

The first 30 minutes focuses on core strength building and glute activation, which is extremely important to release lower back pain and increase energy. Your lower back is under a lot of pressure due of sitting, typing, driving, etc.

The high-intensity second half is designed to create fast results, build long, lean muscle mass, and burn fat for a whole body workout.

Hot HIIT - 60 Minutes

Hot HIIT is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio in a room heated to approximately 100 degrees. This practice creates long, lean muscle mass while burning fat. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. Hot HIIT is performed on a yoga mat. All movements can be modified to low impact. It is a full body workout paired with upbeat music. You will gain health and flexibility and train your muscles to work together. Consistent practice will lead to good posture & strength throughout your body.
